Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy. If it’s been fewer than 30 days since your purchase, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • If the product has been partially used, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll work with you to explore available options.

In some cases, partial refunds may apply—but we’ll always do our best to help.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming we received it and letting you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the next steps.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit once we receive your return.

  • A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.
